Gary was very professional to work with as all the specific, complicated requirements were all incorporated into our new custom house design. This included all the multitude of details necessary to create a set of drawings, complete enough, to actually build a new home. Gary was also extremely effective in helping us transform into the modern world.

We had previously prepared all our drawings in the old fashioned way of pen and ink drawings and blue print machine. By designing our latest home on CAD and, as Developer/Builders, this has helped in so many ways in terms of being able to communicate more effectively with all our various suppliers and subs. From this, we believe we are getting a much more complete process to control quality, time and costs. I had wanted to build a nice cabin on our family lake front property in Minnesota, even though I live in Colorado. I knew what I wanted, but could not find the right plans on the internet and did not need the full services of an architect.

I made a few calls to draftsmen in the Denver area. After a few minutes of talking with Gary and meeting with him about our vision, I knew he was the man for the job. He had experience with construction in the north and researched the building codes for that area to make sure he did it right. He was an excellent communicator; provided regular updates to the plans as he worked on drafts; respected my design ideas, but provided some good suggestions as the plans came together.

The final plans were very professionally done and easily used by the builder. The project was completed timely and at a lot less cost than if I had used an architect. Gary is a very personable and a knowledgeable resource. If you have a project to tackle and are looking for help, you will not be disappointed by Gary’s work.
